    Mun Ching Lee, PhD

    Dr Mun Ching Lee is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive and the Founder & CEO of Medica28, a leading consultancy specializing in business development and licensing for the pharma & biotech companies.

    With extensive experience across Europe, Mun has held key roles in sales, marketing, business development, and licensing in CDMO/CRO and biotech startups. She has successfully guided clients in Europe, China, MENA, and LATAM, leading high-value pharma and biotech licensing deals and strategic partnerships initiatives.

    Mun holds a PhD in Pharmacology from University of Kent and Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from University of Edinburgh. Over the years, she has cultivated a strong global network spanning Europe, China, Japan, Australia, MENA, and LATAM.
